Talking straight. A lot of people don’t believe in it. They like to talk around issues or not talk at all. It’s just easier. Why can’t we all just get along? They think that it does no good to tell the person the truth or they don’t want to hurt their feelings. In many cases people also don’t want the world to see their authentic self. In nearly every case lack of candor is like global warming. The consequences of your actions (or inactions) will eventually catch up with you or the person on the receiving end of candor.
